Band 7 CNS - Solihull Community Respiratory Team Clinical Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Solihull Community Respiratory Team in a newly developed role This is a unique opportunity to help shape innovative models of care focused on admission prevention, virtual wards, rapid response and community respiratory management. Working across organisational boundaries, you will support patients with complex respiratory conditions to receive high-quality care closer to home, reducing unnecessary hospital attendance and admissions. As a senior clinician, you will work collaboratively with primary care, acute and community services to develop new pathways that improve patient outcomes and experience. You will provide expert clinical assessment, leadership and decision-making while contributing to service development and quality improvement.
