1. Overview

Noborda helps users find UK visa sponsorship jobs, licensed sponsor companies, sponsorship signals, job-tracker activity, and related career tools. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, and how users can contact us about their data.

2. Information we collect

We currently collect account and service data you choose to provide or generate when using Noborda.

• Account data: your email address, login provider details, authentication identifiers, and basic account settings.
• Job activity: saved jobs, application activity, status updates, apply-click activity, and related job details needed to show your tracker.
• Email alert data: email address, alert preferences, unsubscribe status, and delivery history.
• Analytics data: page views, device/browser information, approximate location, session behaviour, and anonymous or logged-in analytics identifiers where permitted.
• Admin uploads: images and content uploaded by authorised administrators for published pages.

As Noborda adds Career Profile, CV helper, and Apply Kit features, we may also collect information you choose to provide, such as CV text or CV files, target roles, skills, preferred locations, visa status, salary expectation, notice period, professional links, and generated Apply Kit content.

3. How we use your information

We use personal data to operate Noborda, provide account features, save jobs, manage application activity, send alerts, improve the service, protect the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

For optional CV helper, Career Profile, and Apply Kit features, we will use the information you provide to analyse fit against selected jobs, identify relevant skills or gaps, explain sponsorship evidence, and generate application-support content for your review. Noborda does not submit job applications automatically.

4. AI processing

Where you use AI-powered features, Noborda may send the minimum necessary job, sponsor, profile, and CV information to an AI provider such as OpenAI to generate analysis or application-support content. We will avoid sending unnecessary identifiers and will not intentionally log CV text, visa status, salary expectation, or AI prompts in application logs.

5. Cookies and analytics

Noborda uses essential cookies for login, security, and normal account functionality. With your consent, we may also use analytics and advertising technologies such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google AdSense, and local browser identifiers to understand usage and improve the service. 6. Legal bases

We process personal data where needed to provide the service you request, where we have a legitimate interest in improving and protecting Noborda, where we must comply with legal obligations, or where you have given consent for optional analytics or marketing-related processing.

7. Data sharing and processors

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, email delivery, advertising, storage, and AI processing. These providers process data only as needed to support Noborda. We do not sell your personal data.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide Noborda, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and support reasonable business records.

• Account data: kept while your account is active, unless you ask us to delete it.
• Saved jobs and application activity: kept while your account is active or until you remove the activity or ask us to delete it.
• Email alerts: kept while you are subscribed, then removed or suppressed when you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
• CV, Career Profile, and Apply Kit data: once these features are launched, kept while your account is active or until you ask us to delete that data.
• Analytics data: retained according to the settings of the analytics tools we use, such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

If you ask us to delete your personal data, some deleted information may remain in backups for a limited period before being overwritten. We will not use backup copies for normal product use after deletion.

9. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data Noborda holds about you. You can also ask us to correct, delete, restrict, or stop using your personal data where applicable. For now, data access and deletion requests are handled manually by email.

To request a data export, account deletion, CV/profile deletion, or another privacy action, contact fortiedge24@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we aim to keep user data private by default and limit access to what is necessary.

11. Third-party links

Noborda links to external job boards, employer websites, social platforms, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and you should review their policies before sharing personal data with them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Noborda changes or as legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
