The terms that apply when you use Noborda and purchase a subscription.

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms apply when you access or use Noborda, create an account, use Apply Kit or application tracking, or purchase a paid subscription. Please read them before purchasing a subscription.

1. Who provides Noborda

Noborda is provided by Noborda Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17520465, with registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. In these terms, “Noborda”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that legal operator.

You can contact us at support@noborda.com.

2. What Noborda provides

Noborda provides UK job-search and sponsorship information, saved jobs, career-profile and CV storage, tailored-resume tools, Apply Kit features and application tracking. Some features use artificial intelligence to help produce drafts for your review.

Noborda does not act as a recruiter, employer, immigration adviser or legal adviser. We do not submit applications for you and do not guarantee employment, an interview, visa sponsorship or any immigration outcome. Job and sponsor information can change, so you must verify important information with the employer and official sources.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to use paid features. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in method secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your account is personal to you. You must not sell, transfer or share paid access, attempt to access another person’s information, or use Noborda in a way that disrupts or compromises the service.

4. Your CV and AI-generated content

You retain ownership of the CV, profile, application and other material you provide. You give us permission to store and process that material only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

When you request an AI-assisted feature, relevant CV content and job information are sent to OpenAI to generate the requested output. We do not opt in to allowing OpenAI to use this API data to train or improve its models. OpenAI may retain prompts and responses in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law or is reasonably necessary to protect its services or other people.

AI-generated content is a draft. You are responsible for checking that every statement is accurate, truthful and suitable before using it. Do not submit generated content that contains an incorrect qualification, skill, employment history or other claim.

5. Plans, prices and allowances

Paid subscriptions are initially offered to customers in the United Kingdom.

  • Free: core job search, company research, sponsorship signals, saved jobs, profile and CV storage.
  • Plus: £7.99 per month and 5 new tailored resumes per day, plus application tracking.
  • Pro: £12.99 per month and 12 new tailored resumes per day, including tailoring for external job descriptions and application tracking.

The price shown at checkout is the total monthly price payable for the selected plan. Daily tailored-resume allowances reset at midnight UTC and unused allowances do not roll over. Reaching an allowance stops new generation until the next reset but does not remove access to work you already created.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Stripe securely processes payments and hosts payment-method, invoice and subscription-management screens. Noborda does not store your full card number.

You can switch plans or cancel through the billing portal. Stripe may apply a credit or charge when a plan changes; the amount is shown before you confirm the change. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for more information.

7. Failed payments and cancellation

If a renewal payment fails, we may allow a short payment-recovery period. New paid generation may be paused if payment is not recovered, but your existing resumes and application records remain available to view or export. Cancelling normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, so paid access continues until that date.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Noborda available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, change or withdraw features where reasonably necessary. If a material change negatively affects an active paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and preserve any rights you have under consumer law.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Noborda, bypass limits or security controls, upload malicious files, scrape the service without permission, infringe another person’s rights, or use generated content to mislead employers. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or third parties.

10. Intellectual property

Noborda’s software, branding, page design and original service content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service and outputs for your own job-search activity, but you may not copy, resell or commercially exploit the service itself without written permission.

11. Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, including your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, Noborda is not responsible for decisions made by employers, job boards, sponsors, government bodies or other third parties, or for loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by you.

12. Ending access

You may stop using Noborda at any time. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account. You can request account or personal-data deletion by emailing support@noborda.com. We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breach of these terms, while handling paid access and retained records fairly and lawfully.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law that applies where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, law or our business changes. We will publish the revised date and provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting active paid subscriptions.
